Abstract

Abstract: The research purposed to find out the concept of milku al-yamīn in the Koran, whether it means an alternative sexual channeling or is it a description of the tradition that occurred in the Arab society before Islam. Research conducted by Muḥammad Syaḥrūr as the validity of non-marital sexual relations shows that understanding the meaning of milku al-yamīn in this contemporary era is a contract between a man and a woman to have sexual intercourse. With the results of his research, it raises the pros and cons and problems in Indonesian society. In connection with bridging and deepening the meaning of milku al-yamīn in the Koran through a thematic interpretation approach. In conclusion, the meaning of milku al-yamīn is that of a slave girl who is obtained through war, excluding its meaning from other ways. While the ability to associate with them is not for an outlet of sexual desire, but historically as an attempt to elevate the status of slaves to the equivalent of freedom. This concept can be considered as an alternative to fight discrimination against people accused of adultery.

Abstract

Orientalism sees the East as the other, so Oksidentalism aims to unravel the ambiguous historical knot between the ego and the other, and the dialectic between the complexity of inferiority on the ego and the complexity of superiority on the other. Old Orientalism is the view of the European ego, the subject of study of the object under study.. Oksidentalism wants to demand liberation from the grip of orientalist colonialism. Oksidentalism this time is built on a neutral ego and has no ambition to seize power, and only wants liberation. He also did not want to discredit other cultures, and only wanted to know the formation and structure of Western civilization. The ego of Oksidentalism is considered to be cleaner, objective, and neutral compared to the ego of Orientalism. Orientalist studies on the authenticity of the Qur'an seem to provoke reactions from Muslims (oksidentalism). as well as the criticism of Fazlur Rahman and al-'Azami against the orientalists.

Abstract

Tokoh orientalis yang tersohor berkat penemuan teori common link nya, dia adalah Gautier H.A Juynboll. Seorang ilmuwan dilahirkan di kota leiden, Belanda, pada tahun 1935 M. Hasil-hasil penemuanya tertuang di beberapa buku yang telah ia tulis di berbagai jurnal internasional, seperti Islamic law and society, Arabica, Der islam dan lain-lain. Sejak tahun 1965 sampai 2010 sebelum ia meninggalkan dunia, ia sangat serius dengan segala upaya dan usahanya untuk mengabdikan dirinya untuk mengkaji kesejarahan hadist, mempersembahkan beberapa pemikiran dan perhatian, dalam melakukan penelitian hadist dengan segala persoalan baik klasik maupun kontemporer. Dalam teori Common Linknya penolakan Juynboll pada model atau system gaya periwayatan hadist yang mana Ulama’ Hadist telaha menjelaskannya, tetapi penolakanya juga pada kebenaran hadist-hadist yang dianggap asalanya dari Nabi Saw. Atas dasar teori tersebut, Junyboll kemudian memberikan penilaian tersendiri terhadap beberapa hadist, misalnya kebanyakan hadist bersifat palsu, tidak dapat dibuktikan secara real dalam periwayatanya, definisi hadist yang sangat umum dan longgar sehingga sering dibuat persoalan bahkan salah, menggunakan corak yang tidak paten dan runtutanya tidak disusun secara jelas.

Abstract

Abstrak Surah an-Nasr is the last surah revealed which contains Allah's help for those who believe. Surah an-Nasr was chosen because of its beautiful and distinctive style of language to be discussed from a stylistic perspective. This study focuses on surah al-Nasr with the aim of analyzing the text based on five stylistic aspects, namely phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and imagery. The material object in this study is surah an-Nasr and the formal object is the style of language contained in surah an-Nasr, With a linguistic approach, aesthetic elements in a text can be expressed. One of the linguistic approaches is stylistics, with the theory expected to be able to explain the phenomenon of deviation and also language preferences. This research is a literature research using qualitative methods. The results of this study are 1) Surah al-Nasr has a perfect style of language, both in terms of sound aesthetics, words and sentences, 2) the selection of more fricative consonants than flossive consonants, in accordance with the meaning contained in surah an-Nasr, 3) In Surah an-Nasr, it is found that there are deviations or preferences from aspects of morphology, syntax, semantics, both from the form of words or sentences that make Surah an-Nasr has its own meaning, 4) Surah an-Nasr contains an element of beauty, namely Isti’a>rah makniyah. Abstract

In Islam, moral education is education that comes from religious teachings and community culture by creating tranquility, tranquility, and peace in life. In Islamic teachings, we know the term hablumminannas, where we can see well with humans. This is one of the goals of moral education, where humans can relate and do good with others. Because we are supposed to be social beings who will always need other people. In a hadith clearly shows that the Prophet SAW was very fond of people who are noble and people who talk the most. In addition, another hadith also explains that we are commanded to love others, even as we love ourselves. The implementation of this love is to help each other and provide benefits to others. Abstract

The position and function of hadith which is very vital in Islamic teachings has become a driving factor for hadith experts to continue to maintain and maintain hadith from generation to generation. This care and maintenance began in the time of friends, and has never stopped until now. It was the friends and tābi'īn who initially spread to various regions carrying the mission of spreading hadith by organizing scientific circles (halaqah) in these areas. In its development, in these areas—which were fronted mainly by different companions—then a hadith study community was formed, each of which had its own characteristics, which were influenced by regional conditions and brought influence in the field of hadith to the area. These communities are called by contemporary hadith researchers the “Madrasah Hadith.” This paper aims to discuss “Madrasah Hadith,” starting from the definition, urgency, and technical steps of the study, as a reference for researchers who are interested in conducting this study. This research is a type of qualitative research using historical methods. The approach used is descriptive-analytic with data collection techniques usinglibrary research. The results of this study indicate that the Hadith Madrasa is a "community of narrators and hadith experts with the same characteristics between one member and another, related to the media for delivering and maintaining hadith, both riwāyah and dirāyah, at a certain time and place." There are at least six technical steps that must be taken by anyone who wants to conduct a study on Madrasah Hadith.

Abstract

In today's modern era, the interpretation of the Qur'an has undergone a significant development. Many branches of science are used by Islamic scholars to express the meanings contained in the Qur'an. On the other hand, scholars outside Islam are also interested in interpreting the Qur'an as a guide to science and human life. These orientalist scholars expressed much of their thoughts in understanding the Qur'an. In this paper will be discussed the interpretation of the Qur'an written by Edip Yuksel and friends, in his work entitled "Quran: a Reformist Translation" Yuksel offers a new method of understanding the Qur'an which is considered a new form of reading of the Qur'an that is different from the interpretations of previous Islamic scholars.

Abstract

Banyak yang meyakni dan memaknai bahwa Jihad fisik adalah jihad yang sesuai dengan tuntunan Islam, dan hal tersebut melahirkan gerakan ekstrem, baik dengan cara bom bunuh diri, atau mencenderai sesama manusia. Banyak juga yang memahami bahwa ranah jihad hanya tertuju pada kaum adam saja, tanpa memperdulikan peran seorang wanita dalam ranah jihad. Jihad tidak bisa hanya dimaknai dengan mengangkat senjata atau perang. Pemaknaan jihad lebih dari itu. Pun Jihad tidak bisa hanya dikuasai oleh para lelaki saja. Peranan wanita yang bertugas sebagai ibu rumah tangga, yang mengasuh dan merawat anak merupakan tugas yang berat, dan bisa dimaknai sebagai jihad. Bahkan seorang yang menuntut ilmu pun juga bisa dikatakan sebagai jihad. Dengan memakai metode library research, tulisan ini mengangkat peranan wanita dalam ranah jihad. Apa saja peranan wanita yang masuk dalam ranah jihad. Dan bagaimana peranan para istri Nabi Muhammad ketika kaum muslimin sedan berperang. Penulis menyimpulkan, bahwa peranan wanita khususnya di zaman sekarang, jihadnya tidak kalah penting dengan jihad para sahabat wanita di zaman Rasul. Mencari ilmu dengan statuss pelajar, merawat anak-anaknya, taat kepada suami, termasuk jihad bagi perempuan.
